How Synaptwin started
We kept seeing the same thing in large companies: AI pilots that worked in the demo and never reached the daily work. The technology was rarely the problem. Nobody owned the result, security and legal saw it too late, and nobody had signed what it was worth.
Riaan built the answer as a method and as software: seven sessions, every number computed by rule, every decision signed by the person who owns it. Matthias takes it to the people who need it, through the partners who already hold the client relationship and through clients in the German-speaking market.
Then we found the same gap outside AI. A car maker can see a supplier in trouble, and the warning still reaches nobody who must act in time. It is the same problem: a signal, and no named owner with a deadline.
The name says what we build. A synapse is the connection that carries a signal to where it is acted on. A twin is a working copy of how your organisation really decides: who owns what, what blocks it, who signed. Synaptwin keeps the two together.
We are two people, and we say so. What runs today, what is built with the first client and what is not built yet: we tell you before you ask.
