A business case first. Then the last mile that takes one pilot into the daily work.

The Scan finds the pilot worth taking live and what it is worth. The Last Mile takes it into the work and measures it against the floor the CFO signed. Assurance keeps it governed and proven.

Nobody moves from a free call to a custom transformation proposal without paying for discovery. The free step is a conversation, not the analysis — the analysis creates the client’s AI inventory, gaps, risk profile and priority portfolio, and that is the intellectual property.

Stage 1 · Analysis

Pilot-to-Production Scan

In three weeks you know which AI pilot is worth taking live, what stands between it and production, and what it is worth — in a business case your CFO signs.

Fee
€15,000–€25,000

How the Scan is priced

Every Scan includes the same 8 deliverables. Only the size of what we look at moves the price, and the price is fixed once it is quoted.

€15,000

The smallest scope: one business unit, one country, a handful of owners, a few use cases, no regulated data.

€25,000

The largest scope: many business units and countries, regulated personal or financial data, a large AI estate and many systems to connect.

In between, ten drivers decide. Each is scored none, light, standard or heavy from your facts, and each can add up to its share of the €10,000 between the two ends:

DriverShareAdds up to
business units14 %€1,400
use cases14 %€1,400
AI systems12 %€1,200
integrations12 %€1,200
jurisdictions10 %€1,000
stakeholders8 %€800
frameworks8 %€800
evidence retention8 %€800
security and data requirements8 %€800
facilitation6 %€600

Example: if every driver scores standard, the price is €15,000 + ⅔ × €10,000 = €21,700.

What every Scan includes

  1. Platform access for one organisation
  2. AI system and use-case inventory — including what nobody approved
  3. EU AI Act classification per use case — an assessment, not legal advice
  4. Readiness across ten dimensions, with the conditions that block scale
  5. The blockers between each pilot and production: owner, data, controls, adoption
  6. A business case for the pilot worth taking live, with a value floor
  7. A named owner and a signed go or stop
  8. Executive report the sponsor signs

Base scope: 1 organisation, up to 5 stakeholders, up to 10 use cases. Above it, the drivers price the difference; you never buy a second Scan for size.

The price is set from your facts before you sign, printed with every driver score on the quote, and does not change afterwards.

  1. 01Platform access for one organisation
  2. 02AI system and use-case inventory — including what nobody approved
  3. 03EU AI Act classification per use case — an assessment, not legal advice
  4. 04Readiness across ten dimensions, with the conditions that block scale
  5. 05The blockers between each pilot and production: owner, data, controls, adoption
  6. 06A business case for the pilot worth taking live, with a value floor
  7. 07A named owner and a signed go or stop
  8. 08Executive report the sponsor signs

The Scan is priced because it delivers the readiness score, the gap register and the executive report a client could otherwise take elsewhere. The self-assessment is free and unverified; the Scan replaces every score with evidence.

Stage 2 · Consultation

The Last Mile

One pilot taken into the daily work, with the operating model built around it — owners, governance, adoption — and measured for 90 days against the floor the CFO signed. Then scale or stop.

Priced on the scope the Scan finds
Operating model and one pilot · 90 days measured · sessions 5–7
  • · Embedded delivery with the client team
  • · Target operating model: roles, decision rights, control planes, cadence
  • · AI governance — policy → technical control → evidence → owner
  • · Architecture, data and security design on the client’s own stack
  • · Pilot charter: baseline, target, value floor and stop criteria
  • · Adoption: the work redesigned, the people trained, use measured weekly
  • · The measured outcome against the floor
  • · A signed decision: scale, remediate or stop

Assurance

After the Last Mile, the engine keeps the work governed and proven: inventory, risk and evidence registers, reassessment, the decision record and the value ledger.

Priced on the scope the Scan finds
Monthly · annual contract
  • · Ongoing AI inventory
  • · Risk and evidence register
  • · Quarterly reassessment against the same ten dimensions
  • · Executive dashboards and reporting
  • · Decision ledger, hash-chained
  • · Framework updates as NIST and EU AI Act guidance moves
  • · Seats, business units and use cases within the plan’s limits — more is priced, never unlimited

The platform helps create structured evidence and identify gaps. It does not certify compliance or replace legal, security or regulatory assurance.

A fee set by scope and fixed once quoted for the business case, a scoped fee for the last mile, and a recurring subscription for continued governance, evidence and value.
